1. About Us

Paws & Rewind is a Canadian small business based in British Columbia. We create custom cassette tapes, retro-themed gifts, and analog accessories — made with care and often customized just for you.

2. Ordering & Payment

All prices are in USD. We accept secure payments via:

  • Credit & debit cards (processed via WooPayments / Stripe)
  • Google Pay (GPay)
  • Apple Pay (where available)

Orders are confirmed by email. Custom and made-to-order items typically begin production within 24–48 hours.

3. Shipping

We ship worldwide from British Columbia, Canada. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delays due to carriers, customs, or holidays are outside our control.

Most orders include tracking; however, small-item shipments may use untracked economy shipping to keep costs low.

4. Return Policy

Custom Cassette Tapes

  • Final sale. Custom-made cassettes cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • 30-Day Playback Guarantee:
    • If your tape arrives damaged or unplayable, contact us within 30 days.
    • We may ask for a short video showing the issue.
    • If needed, you may return it using economy shipping (no tracking required). If we confirm a defect, we’ll send a free replacement and refund your return postage with a valid receipt.

Roar Players & Ear-Pawds (Headphones)

  • Covered by a 60-Day Warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Issues may include: playback failure, dead audio channels, charging problems, or malfunctioning buttons.
  • Please contact us first. We may ask for a photo or video.
  • If a return is required, send it back via economy shipping and keep the receipt.
    • If we confirm the issue, you’ll get a free replacement and a postage refund.
  • Unauthorized returns may not qualify for replacement or reimbursement.

Not Covered

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or cosmetic wear
  • Issues from using incompatible power sources or pushing beyond normal volume levels

5. Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible if production hasn’t started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once work has begun on your custom cassette, we cannot issue a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
  • Any indirect damages from product use

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content — including graphics, branding, and product descriptions — is the property of Paws & Rewind. Do not reproduce without permission.
